International Shipping Policy
International buyers please note that when you choose USPS International First Class shipping service, USPS only provides tracking information until it reaches the destination country. It does not provide local tracking information within the destination country because USPS will pass the tracking information of the package to the local delivery service. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds for undelivered packages. Packages shipped using express services such as UPS, Fed Ex, etc. do guarantee door-to-door delivery, but the price is higher.
Please note that for international returns, any additional costs incurred for the return or exchange (such as customs duties and/or additional postage paid by us) will also be deducted.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first by sending an email to info@ospreypens.com to discuss your best options. Returns need to be approved by us before they can be sent back to us.
