Shipping
We are happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please contact us within the following timeframes:
Returns shipped within 30 days of receipt
Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase
Return Terms
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is returned unused, we will only refund 50% of the item value minus any shipping costs. If the item is damaged, we will not refund. We recommend that you write to us to see if the problem can be resolved through our online video support.
Please note that for international returns, any additional costs incurred for the return or exchange (such as customs duties and/or additional postage paid by us) will also be deducted.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first by emailing Support@HaileyRamos.shop to discuss the best options. Returns must be approved by us before they can be sent back to us.
International buyers please note that when you choose USPS International First Class shipping service, USPS only provides tracking information up to the destination country, not local tracking information within the destination country, as USPS will forward the tracking information of the package to the local delivery service. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for undelivered packages. Packages shipped using courier services such as UPS, Fed Ex do guarantee door-to-door delivery, but the price is higher.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
